The Scribblers is a weekly creative writing group for English-speaking/writing older adults that is open to the public. Attendees work on and share all kinds of writing projects, including poems, novels, short stories, memoirs, and more. Lunch is provided at each meeting.

La Letra Dorada Creative Writing Group at the Isaías González-Soto Branch Library
La Letra Dorada aims to begin meeting in September 2025. The exact start date and schedule will be announced once it is confirmed.

La Letra Dorada is a monthly creative writing group for Spanish-speaking/writing older adults that is open to the public. We work to strengthen intergenerational bonds through reading, writing, and cultural expression. Participants will explore Hispanic literature, engage in creative workshops, and share personal stories that celebrate identity, memory, and mental well-being.
