(Tabling in a purely promotional manner involves handing out promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and promo swag like pens, tissues, notepads, etc. This is your choice if you are not sponsoring and not planning to run an activity or host a substantial giveaway at your table.)

Activity example: The Martin House hosts a hands-on take-home art glass project for all ages.

Giveaway hosts commit to providing a substantial giveaway for up to 200 guests.The giveaway item(s) must be approved in advance by WSCS. (Promotional swag items on their own will not be approved.) Giveaway hosts are welcome to have promotional materials at their station, in addition their main giveaway. Please bring your own table and chairs. Canopy tents are permitted but are not required.
