🎵 Producer - $3,000

  • Full branding and exposure on all of our event materials including but not limited to:
    • Neighborhood and community flyers distributed by our team
    • Social media assets distributed by our team and our partners
    • Press release announcing the event
    • In-event signage
    • Logo on event page of our website
  • Pop-up banner displayed on-site (banner and stand must be provided by business)
  • Opportunity to have a table at the event
  • Introduction and opportunity to speak at raffle drawing
  • Inclusion in our monthly newsletter as a funder

🤘 Rock Star - $1,500

  • Branding and exposure on our event materials including but not limited to:
    • Neighborhood and community flyers distributed by our team
    • Social media assets distributed by our team and our partners
    • In-event signage
    • Logo on event page of our website
  • Pop-up banner displayed on-site (banner and stand must be provided by business)

🎸 Crew - $750

  • Branding and exposure on our event materials including but not limited to:

🩹 Groupie - $500

  • Branding and exposure on our event materials including but not limited to:
    • Social media assets distributed by our team and our partners
    • In-event signage
    • Name on event page of our website
  • Opportunity to have a table at the event

📋 Promotional Table - $50-$100

Host a promotional table for your business or nonprofit organization at Rock the Block! You’ll have the opportunity to connect with around 200 guests. Promo table space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served reservation basis. We provide a six-foot table and two chairs.

(Tabling in a purely promotional manner involves handing out promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and promo swag like pens, tissues, notepads, etc. This is your choice if you are not sponsoring and not planning to run an activity or host a substantial giveaway at your table.)

$100 – For-profit business table

$50 – Nonprofit table

🎨 Activity or Giveaway Host - $0 (WSCS approval required)

Activity hosts commit to leading a hands-on family-friendly activity at their outdoor table on Vermont Street. Hosts must provide supplies for at least 100 guests. Activity must be approved in advance by WSCS. Activity hosts are welcome to have promotional materials at their station, in addition to their activity. We will provide tables and chairs.

Activity example: The Martin House hosts a hands-on take-home art glass project for all ages.

Giveaway hosts commit to providing a substantial giveaway for up to 200 guests.The giveaway item(s) must be approved in advance by WSCS. (Promotional swag items on their own will not be approved.) Giveaway hosts are welcome to have promotional materials at their station, in addition their main giveaway. We will provide a six-foot table and two chairs.

Giveaway example: Buffalo Olmsted Parks offers free plants and lawn FLO-mingos.

Please note: We are not providing community summer meals this year. Summer meals are only available to children enrolled in our summer camps.
