Yoga with Candace

Wednesdays – 9:15-10:30 a.m. (mat yoga)

Wednesdays – 10:45-11:45 a.m. (seated and standing yoga)

Yoga classes are open to all adults. Drop in if you would like to try a class, no pre-registration necessary. Yoga with Candace is pay-what-you-can. To make a payment, please see yoga instructor Candace Caprow during class.

Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters are available for students to borrow during class or feel free to bring your own.

 

 

Chair Dance with Neglia Ballet’s CityDance Program

Starting, September 6, 2024, chair dance will be offered every other Friday from 1-1:30 p.m. in our gym. Come enjoy some gentle exercise, accompanied by your favorite tunes from the past.
