2024-2025 Primary Hall After-School Program
The Primary Hall After-School Program is open to Primary Hall students in grades K-4. The program operates at Primary Hall from 4-6 p.m. on school days.
The 2024-2025 program’s anticipated start date is Monday, October 7, 2024, pending approval of our new site license from the NYS Office of Child and Family Services.
About the program
We follow the Primary Hall calendar. When Primary Hall is closed for a holiday or a weather event or cancels after-school activities, the after-school program is cancelled.
Our program is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Each day that your child attends, they will receive a snack, academic support, physical fitness, and creative enrichment.
We look forward to helping your child learn, explore, and build friendships during the school year.
Registration
The 2024-2025 Primary Hall After-School Program registration packet can be downloaded here. Hard copies are available at the WSCS office and the Primary Hall main office. The packet includes additional information about the program, as well as all the forms needed to register a child. Each child must also have an up-to-date vaccination record on file.
Fees
Primary Hall After-School Program fees are based on income via the Erie County Department of Social Services Child Care Assistance Program. To qualify for financial aid through this program, you must submit a completed Child Care Assistance Program application to DSS. Applications are available at our office and on the DSS website.
